Perez Software Service was formed in 1995. We have been providing support and custom programming on the ARK HarbourManager program since 1991, when we WERE ARK Systems, Inc. In 1994 ARK Systems Inc. was purchased by Westrec Marinas in Encino, CA and in July of 1995, the company formed by Westrec Marinas (ARK Marine System Inc, D.B.A. ARK Systems), made the business decision to shut down operations and continue on as a software sales only company. Perez Software Service was created to provide continuing support and custom programming for ARK customers. 

In September 1999 we were approached by Westrec Marinas about the HarbourManager and its continued support.   Perez Software Service took over all aspects of sales and support for the HarbourManager application and has since developed the MarineView graphics and made many improvements and updates to the HarbourManager program which continues to serve well after more than 19 years in marinas across the US.
