Perez Software Service was formed in 1995. We have been providing support and custom programming on the ARK HarbourManager program since 1991, when we WERE ARK Systems, Inc. In 1994 ARK Systems Inc. was purchased by Westrec Marinas in Encino, CA and in July of 1995, the company formed by Westrec Marinas (ARK Marine System Inc, D.B.A. ARK Systems), made the business decision to shut down operations and continue on as a software sales only company. Perez Software Service was created to provide continuing support and custom programming for ARK customers as well as creating and maintaining web sites, providing site hosting, working as your IT department when you don't need a on-site, full time IT staff and more!.
