Our Technical support is designed to make it so that you have a minimum of interruptions to the operation of your business. We recognize that our software functioning properly is essential to the continuance of your daily operation and make every effort to keep you up and running. We offer on-site and remote support, by telephone and on-line. We can usually find a quick solution to the problems with your system, even if it isn't a problem with our ARK software. We know operating systems, networks, hardware and applications, and will do our best to get an answer to your question.

We provide "On-line" support but this requires you have pcANYWHERETM Version 9.2 or greater or NetOP Remote ControlTM (for Window 95, 98, ME, NT, Win2K, WinXP or Windows Vista).

We sell and support the HarbourManager software program (our proprietary software package) as well as small computer system networks and general business systems.  Perez Software Service provides all necessary technical support and updates for the HarbourManager product.

We will also provide technical information, troubleshooting of related software and hardware.  This would include the proper setup or configuration of the hardware and software required to allow the HarbourManager package to operate properly.  Perez Software Service will also provide (for additional fees) on-site problem determination, training, setup and configuration.  Perez Software Service offers custom programming for the HarbourManager software package (for additional charges, when Perez Software Service determines the changes are possible).
